US CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY This position is a key member of the High-Reliability (HiRel) Management Team. The position supports business decisions across High Reliability, which include revenue planning, forecasting, pricing strategy, standard cost targets, and contract negotiations which contribute to the financial performance of High Reliability.

What you will be doing.

  • Key contributor in demand planning, factory loadings, revenue plans execution and customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Create and implement pricing strategies for High Reliability customers and products to optimize bookings, sales, factory loadings and margins. Maintain price book, quote logic and price contracts to support strategy.
  • Responsible for negotiating customer prices and contract terms.
  • This position will oversee the development of business plans, participate in product roadmap meetings, approve new product development, facilitate worldwide product positioning, understand market dynamics and monitor competitive activity.
  • Approve requests for customer inventory returns (RMA) and backlog changes.
  • Review and approve of standard costs including close collaboration with Operations and Engineering on product cost requirements.
  • Inventory Management including inventory targets, safe stock levels, excess and obsolete review and inventory disposition.
  • Assist distributors and OEM’s to management assets through inventory/resale analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies for market share expansion.

What you need to work here.

  • BSEE with MBA highly preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience in marketing, product management and related fields.
  • High Reliability semiconductor experience is a must!
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Manufacturing environment experience.
  • Semiconductor industry experience.
  • Focused, motivated and success driven.
  • Product cost analysis experience.
  • Meets commitments. Delivers what he/she says or promises.
